When you’re way too busy working on your site or developing your web applications, you barely have the time to keep an eye on what’s going on with the virtual server – if it’s under stress or whether all the services are running properly. With our Optional Admin Services deal, we will do this on your behalf. Your Virtual Private Server will be added to our custom–made server monitoring system and in the event that there is a trace of a problem, our skilled engineers will be notified right away.

Weekly Backups

Maintaining a backup of your hosted content is imperative – you never know when something could go wrong. And with our Optional Admin Services deal, you will enjoy weekly backups of your whole VPS, not just of your content, without you being required to install or configure anything. Last but not least all the backup copies are always stored on a server with e set of RAID–configured disk drives. Thus your data will always be safe, twenty–four–seven.

Installation & Troubleshooting

If you’d like your VPS to have video conversion or video streaming capabilities, you need to install & set up special software on it. And if this sounds like something much too problematic for you, then our Installation & Troubleshooting service, an integral part of our Optional Admin Services offer, is the perfect solution for you. With it, you will have the full and uninterrupted attention of one of our competent system administrators who will install and configure any software program or take care of any problem that you are having with your Virtual Private Server.

The Optional Admin Services deal comes bundled with the majority of our OpenVZ VPS Servers. With our KVM VPS Servers, it’s an extra feature.
